Andritz Skid Mounted 2 Meter GBT and Control Panel

The unit is a refurbished Andritz 2 Meter Gravity Belt Thickener which includes features such as a hot dip galvanized frame coated with epoxy/urethane finish over galvanize. Heavy duty split case roller bearings. The unit also has PNEUMATIC tracking and tensioning.

Ashbrook 2M KLAMPRESS 
This type 85 has a large perforated roll for higher throughput. The press also has dual drive motors, which are direct drive. This is an upgrade from the standard single drive with 2 bull gears. MSD can provide a quote for complete skid system with a new sludge pump, booster pump and polymer system upon request. We can trailer mount as well.
This 1 Meter EIMCO BDP Press is presently being utilized as a rental unit for a long term project. It may be available for sale or rent soon.
This 1 Meter Arus-Andritz Press will be available with or without a trailer in early Spring.

The proposed press is an Ashbrook 1.7 Meter, Klampress which includes features such as a hot dip galvanize frame. Heavy duty nylon coated, “split case” roller bearings. The unit also has hydraulic tracking and tensioning.  MSD can provide a complete skid system with a new sludge pump, booster pump and polymer system upon request.
